Failed generation
A scheme credit is reserved while both views are generated. If the complete pair cannot be delivered, the reservation is released automatically and the failed job remains visible for support review.
Credit packs
Unused credit-pack purchases may be eligible for refund within 14 days, subject to applicable consumer law. Used credits are deducted from the refundable amount.
Monthly plans
You can cancel renewal at any time. Access continues through the paid period. Unused monthly allowances do not roll over and partial-month refunds are considered where required by law.
Request a review
Include the account email, Paddle transaction reference, and affected job ID. Never send API keys, passwords, or full card details.
