Your photographs
We process the front and back images you upload for one to six models only to create and deliver your requested army colorway. We also create a temporary paired reference image for each model.
Account information
Production accounts use private, owner-scoped records. Your email identifies your account, balance, and saved army batches.
Image providers
When live generation is enabled, your model references and compiled color direction are sent to our image-generation provider. Paddle receives only the information needed to complete purchases; it does not receive your miniature photos.
Retention and deletion
Production inputs are scheduled for deletion after 24 hours and outputs after 30 days. You can delete completed or failed work from My studio sooner. Backups may take a limited additional period to expire.
